Le indagini riguardano la giornata di contestazione al vertice europeo dei ministri del lavoro del 17 ottobre e il blocco dell&#8217;autostrada avvenuto il 27 gennaio al termine della lettura della sentenza del processo a carico di 53 attivisti No Tav. Due le misure di custodia agli arresti domiciliari; per gli altri obbligo di dimora nel comune di residenza e firme.
